This policy describes how TDEEHQ (“we”, “us”) handles information on tdeehq.com and related services. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Calculator inputs

Age, sex, height, weight, activity level, and optional body-fat percentage are processed in your browser to compute results. We do not require an account to run the calculator. Unless you later save or submit data elsewhere, those inputs are not stored on our servers.

Accounts

If you register, we collect email address, password (stored hashed), and profile details you provide. We use this to authenticate you and manage admin or member features.

Contact & requests

Messages you send via email or forms (for example contact or calculator requests) include the content you choose to send, plus your email address.

Technical data

Like most sites, our servers and providers may log IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP for security, debugging, and aggregated analytics.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve calculators, blog, and account features
• Respond to support and privacy requests
• Prevent abuse, spam, and security incidents
• Understand aggregate usage (what pages are popular)
• Comply with law when required

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & local storage

We may use cookies or local storage for session/auth tokens, preferences (for example language), and basic analytics. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Auth cookies are needed to stay signed in.

4. Sharing

We share data only when needed to run the service, for example:

• Hosting, database, and email infrastructure providers under contract
• Analytics providers (aggregated or pseudonymous where practical)
• Law enforcement or regulators when legally required

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion (see below). Server logs are retained for a limited period for security. Contact emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.

7. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure may be located in different countries. By using the site you understand your information may be processed outside your home country, with safeguards appropriate to the provider.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
